Your Sales Manager was professional and accommodating to my needs when purchasing the Mercedes Benz you had on offer. After delivery of the vehicle, I took a holiday with my son to the Otway Ranges where we had a minor electrical issue with the vehicle.
On our return, I contacted your Service department which immediately asked me to bring in the vehicle for inspection. The fault was diagnosed and a replacement part was fitted without charge or concern.
The Service technician was courteous and had a knowledgeable insight into the cause of the fault. Within 30 minutes I was on my way, reassured that my purchase from your company was a good one when it came to service excellence.
