Dear customers,
In light of the announced Stage 4 restrictions in Victoria, our used Mercedes-Benz sales and spare parts shops will be closed from the 6th of August 2020.
However, our ONLINE SHOWROOM IS OPEN! You can browse and view all our cars from the safety of your home or office!

Our Mercedes-Benz service centre & workshop will remain open to providing essential and critical ‘Vehicle repair, servicing and maintenance’ only, no routine servicing.
Update 21/07/20:
Dear customers,
From Thursday 23 July 2020 we require that all our customers, delivery drivers, suppliers and staff wear a face mask.
NO FACE MASK… NO ENTRY!
Face masks are required by law to be worn when on our premises, including the car park.

COVID-19: Thorough cleaning procedures
We have always practised thorough cleaning procedures, and with COVID-19 we have increased those even further
Our showroom and service centre get thoroughly cleaned using our industrial floor sweeper and dryer every week
We move all our cars, and clean everywhere to maintain a clean & safe showroom for our staff and our customers.

Due to business disruptions caused by the COVID-10 virus we are going to close on Saturdays until further notice.
Our Mon-Fri hours do not change, and we remain open Mon-Fri from 8am to 5pm.
COVID-19: An important message for our customers;
In light of the heightened level of concern related to the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to update our customers on what Peter Lennox Automotive is doing to safeguard the health and well-being of our customers and staff.
Our Thomastown service centre and dealership is open with no change to our operating hours. However, we are taking extra precautions within our business and have implemented additional levels of hygiene control around our offices, workshop and especially in all the used Mercedes-Benz we see and service daily.
We have always maintained a clean and hygienic environment, however, due to the recent OVID-19 outbreak, we have increased our sanitisation procedures on all vehicles.
Service centre:
Each car seen by our service team is wiped down and thoroughly sanitised before delivery to our customers. Our technicians will wipe down all high touch surfaces such as the steering wheel, door handles, seats and controls.
Used Car Showroom:
Closed since the 6/08/20 due to Stage 4 restrictions.
Our range of used Mercedes-Benz cars are cleaned daily and after each test drive sanitised as per VACC guidelines released this week.
All our staff have been advised to limit personal contact, and we request they inform us if they are unwell or have been in contact with someone from overseas or a confirmed COVID-19 case.
We also request that any of our customers who have recently returned from overseas, or a feeling unwell, please call before visiting so that we can best direct their enquiry.
For customers who wish to minimise possible exposure to the virus, we are implementing procedures to allow off-site test drives and vehicle inspections for prospective customers who are genuinely interested in one of our used Mercedes-Benz.
We will do our best to work around your particular requirements and offer the first-class service that we are known for since 1986!
This situation is continually evolving, and we will update as the need arises, and new procedures are put into place.
Finally, we would like to reassure all our customers that every precaution, as advised by the relevant authorities, has been taken to protect our customers and staff.
