Hi Peter and Cameron,

We just wanted to take the time to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to you both for all your help during the purchase of our new car.

When Erin and I decided to upgrade, we didn’t know what we wanted, in regards to brands or models. What we did know was that we wanted something that was going to be reliable and above all else, safe.

Not knowing where to start, Dad and Mum strongly advised us to come and see you based on their past dealings and experiences with you (as well as Nan and Pop over many years) and now we understand why.

From the moment we walked in, we were met by you guys and we immediately realised that you aren’t just salesman, but people that are dedicated and passionate about Mercedes Benz. We were made to feel welcome and any questions we had were answered honestly and informatively. We never felt any pressure to buy but in saying that, we instantly fell for the C250 you showed us, and after only a few days of driving it, we can honestly say we love it.

Nothing seemed to be a problem for you and even with the hiccup of the alternator fault, you couldn’t have done any more to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. (Please thank Stuart again for his help also).
